1. What is RiskGenerator? RiskGenerator is a fast and easy-to-use web app for creating professional Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) in just a few clicks. It generates risk assessments based on text or voice input, ensuring they fit on a single A4 page PDF.

2. How does it work? • Enter or speak what you need to assess. • The app generates a risk assessment, listing hazards, safety measures, affected individuals, required qualifications, and responsible departments. • You can fully customize the document by entering modifications in the input field. • Add a method statement with one click. • Download your PDF (1-page for risk assessment, 2-page if a method statement is added).

3. Can I customize the document? Yes! After the first generation, you can modify the risk assessment or method statement by typing additional details. You can also add business info, logos, themes, fonts, and save your preferences for future documents.

4. Does the app support multiple languages? Yes! RiskGenerator can convert documents into any language.

5. What plans are available? • Basic Plan: Includes free test tokens and works as a top-up (pay-as-you-go) plan. When tokens run out, you can purchase more. • Pro & Premium Plans: Subscription-based plans with a fixed number of tokens that reset every month.

6. How do I sign up? Simply create an account, choose a plan, and start generating risk assessments instantly.

7. How do I upgrade my plan? To upgrade: • Cancel your current plan. • Use all remaining tokens. • Once your plan is inactive, you can choose a new plan.

8. How do I cancel my subscription? Go to My Account > Subscriptions, then select and cancel your active plan.

9. What happens if I run out of tokens? • If you’re on the Basic Plan, you can purchase more tokens anytime. • If you’re on a Pro or Premium Plan, your tokens reset automatically every month.

10. What if the app runs slowly? RiskGenerator requires a fast internet connection for optimal performance. If it’s slow, check your connection.

Basic (Free) Plan:
No monthly fee. Includes test tokens. Purchase additional tokens any time via the Top-Up Plan.

Pro / Premium / Gold Plans:
These are monthly subscriptions. Tokens reset automatically each month based on your plan. If you run out before your tokens refresh, you can always top up as needed.

Getting Started:


Most users begin with our Basic Plan – a no-commitment way to test drive the platform with free tokens included.


 

  1. Choose Your Plan
    Scroll down on the home page to select a plan. Once you receive confirmation, you’ll gain access to the app page called RiskAssessor.

  2. Activating Your Plan
    On your first visit to RiskAssessor, a lightbox will appear prompting you to activate your plan.
    Click “Activate Plan”, then enter your company name and optionally upload a logo. Click Save.
    Your tokens will now appear, and you’re ready to start generating RAMS.

  3. Managing Your Plan
    To change or cancel your subscription:

    • Go to My Account (top-right menu)

    • Click Subscriptions

    • Select your plan and click Cancel Plan

  4.  Upgrade Plan - Select a New Plan 

Your current plan must be cancelled and your token balance must be 0. This ensures smooth transitions between plans.

 

 

 

Note: The + Button
Use the + button at any time to reopen the lightbox. Here you can update your company details or save a new version of your template as your default for future documents.

Custom Templates:

 

Each document is created using a default template, which you can fully customize:

 

  • Change layout, color themes, fonts, field positions, and more.

  • Once satisfied, click the + button, toggle “Save My Template”, and click Save.
    This sets your preferred template for all future generations, keeping your RAMS consistent and brand-aligned.

  • To restore the default template toggle the switch to finish on “Default Theme”.
